This is the first draft of ‘the’ Big Brother. So far this character has remained silent and mysterious but is usually seen in the company of the Evil Warlord of Ubangie. He drives a rusted to heck powder blue aerostar (with two wide racing stripes down the center) with a replacement green door. While not outspoken about his views he seems to silently judge Gary Masalam and the other Ubangians from afar.
