A unrestored and restored version of the first Voltz ensemble/cityscape drawing on actual paper. This drawing shows the second iteration of the Communist Corner but the first iteration of it in the lore of Voltz.
This drawing is very skating/hover board heavy and introduces Angus, the HANS skate salvage sales type guy. This drawing also introduces that unnamed afro guy who is clearly not Gary driving the red and blue low rider and the unnamed guy in front of the bench by Da Midget club and a slew of other skaters. This might also be the first acknowledgement of a subway system in Voltz.
This iteration of the communist corner is ground level and shows small landmass that Gary has claimed ‘for the party’. This area is clearly marked by the 6 foot high construction fence and/or the thick red line.
Lastly, let this be a warning against non archival art supplies. As you can see not everything stands the journey of time even when adequately stored.
